Login & Accounts
SignalStream Studio doesn't use passwords. You sign in with your email address and a one-time code (OTP) sent to that address, both in Studio and in the admin panel.
Signing in
- Enter your email
On the sign-in screen ("Sign in — a code will be emailed to you"), type your email address and select Send Code.
- Enter the code
Studio emails you a numeric code. Enter it on the "Enter the code sent to you" screen and select Verify & Log In. Didn't get it, or need a new one? Select Back / Resend to request another code.
- Tell us about yourself (first login only)
The very first time you log in on a brand-new account, you'll be asked for a few profile details — full name, company, job title, city, and country — before you land on your dashboard. Returning users skip straight to the dashboard after entering their code.
If a code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder first. Codes expire after a short window — if yours doesn't work, select Back / Resend to get a fresh one rather than retrying an old code.
Logging out
Logging out from Studio while online does two things before it signs you out: it pushes any unsaved dashboard and data-input changes to the cloud, and it releases your account's device license so you (or a teammate) can log in on a different PC. One account, one dashboard
Each SignalStream account has exactly one dashboard. The first time you land in the editor you'll be asked to name it — after that there's nothing to create or pick, you just keep building on the same one. See Dashboard & Canvas Editor.
